Wednesday: 5:00am group fitness, 10:15am spin/group training, 5:00pm Pilates
Thurs: 5:30am Pilates. 8:15am Pilates, 5:00pm spin/group training
Friday: 5:00am group fitness, 10:15am resistance bands and 4:15pm gym equipment training
Saturday: 8:00am group training 9:00am Pilates
