PULL-UP STRENGTH CYCLE IS HERE đź’Ş
One of the most requested goals we hear at CXFIT is simple:
“I want my first pull-up.”
Or maybe you’re looking to go from 3 pull-ups to 10+, improve your strict strength, or finally break through a plateau.
Over the next few weeks, we’re introducing a structured pull-up strength cycle designed to help members of all levels improve pulling strength, control, and confidence.
Whether you’re working on:
