Chief Hebert congratulates the first officer to complete the trilogy of training courses with FBI LETA, a rigorous training intended to develop leaders in law enforcement with the highest degree of training possible. Lt. Leger is a young leader with the patrol division of the department and is the first to complete the trilogy. Additional officers are in the progress of completing the same courses and others as Chief Hebert is attempting to train a relatively young but eager department.
