With programming and services for all ages, the staff at the Crowley Recreation Center work hard to serve the Crowley community. We offer fitness classes for all levels, martial arts, dance, spin class and more. Shoot some hoops on one of the two full siz

ed basketball courts, join a league, meet new friends, check out the fitness areas and bring the whole family. Childcare is provided during certain hours and you can work out in peace and know that your children are having a great time at the Wee Place with qualified and trained attendants. We offer monthly or annual memberships at a reasonable rate and have rental packages that are sure to fit your budget. So whether you are looking for someplace to work out, pick up a spin class, host your family reunion or even say “I do.”, we have options that are sure to meet your needs and your budget!

Get ready for an action-packed fall at Crowley Rec Center with Jump Start Sports! We’re bringing the FUN, energy, teamwork, and excitement with two awesome programs designed to keep little athletes moving, learning, and having a blast!

⚽ HUMMINGBIRDS SOCCER — WEDNESDAYS

Perfect for our youngest soccer stars! Hummingbirds introduce kids to the basics of soccer in a fun, encouraging environment where they can run, kick, play, and build confidence along the way.

(Ages: 3-4) 5:30-6:15 p.m.
(Ages: 5-6) 6:15-7:00 p.m.

🏀 HOOP STARS BASKETBALL — THURSDAYS

Ready to shoot, dribble, pass, and PLAY? Hoop Stars gives kids the chance to learn basketball fundamentals while enjoying an energetic, kid-friendly experience filled with movement and smiles!

(Ages: 4-6) 5:30-6:15 p.m.
(Ages: 7-9) 6:15-7:15 p.m.

Crowley Walks is more than a walking program — it’s a community-connection initiative.

Inspired by the idea that strong communities start with strong relationships, Crowley Walks brings neighbors together for guided walks filled with conversation, encouragement, and discovery. Along the way, you will meet local leaders, learn about community resources, and experience the places and people that make Crowley special.

Whether you come for the steps, the stories or the friendships, every walk helps strengthen the connections that make our city thrive.

Residents of Crowley, ages 18 and older, are encouraged to register. Most walks will cover a little over one mile, making them accessible for a wide range of fitness levels.

Labor Day Weekend is the perfect time to clean out the garage, closets, and cabinets!

As you’re doing your cleaning this weekend, don’t toss those old hazardous household items just yet! Set them aside and bring them to our Clean Up Crowley event.

📆WHEN: Saturday, Sept. 12, 9-11 a.m.
🏡WHERE: Crowley Rec Center, 405 S. Oak Street

We’ll have both the Shredding Truck and the Crud Cruiser on-site to help you safely dispose of unwanted items and securely shred sensitive documents.

Procedures for this hazardous waste collection:
• Proof of residency within the Crowley city limits is required at drop-off time (current water bill or valid driver's license)
• The first 20 residents can participate at no cost
• Additional participants will be charged a collection fee of $125
• Business and commercial waste will NOT be accepted

BACK FOR ANOTHER SEASON OF SPORTS AND FUN! ⚽🏀🍂

The summer season brought the energy, the smiles, and plenty of great moments — and now we’re taking it into the FALL!

Our Hummingbirds Soccer and Hoop Stars Basketball programs are back at Crowley Rec Center, giving our young athletes another chance to get active, build skills, and have fun with friends.
