I have been a trainer for over 20 years. My first 10 of my professional career I worked at a gym doing personal training and did some competitive bodybuilding during that time. My second 10 years of my professional career I was a Physical Therapy Rehab Tech/Rehab Manager. I went back to personal training about 2.5 years ago. Working at a few big corporate gyms I saw so many members come and go. I
do understand that will happen, but I always felt as if many of those members quit because they first didn't know what they were doing. The second thing is that most of the big corporate gyms personal training is very expensive for the average person. I understand business, and everyone has to be able to make money, but it comes down to the consumer is the one who suffers in the pocketbook. I also understand, it is about priorities and health should come first, but with most average Americans, most live paycheck to paycheck and when it comes to making the house payment, car note, food and electricity those are the most important things people will pay first before a $40 plus an hour workout. So I always wanted a way to help the people. I always felt if I could offer an affordable rate for personal training and had enough clients then I could help more people achieve their health and fitness goals. As well as, teach and keep them motivated in learning and wanting more while getting the results they desire. At The Health Zone I keep my sessions at 30 minutes. I believe we are all time conscious and getting a 30 minute workout in can be very beneficial for anyone. And for those looking for real results fast, getting in two and especially three times a week can really speed up progress. Currently we have no membership prices, no sign up fee's, no enhancement, maintenance fee's or annual feels. Only personal training fee's which are an affordable rate of $15 per 30 minute session All levels are welcome 18 years old and up.
