Ideally we’d get a good night of sleep but that doesn’t always happen

A little tip for caffeine though,

Try drinking 20oz of water or an electrolyte drink first thing in the morning before grabbing the caffeine and it’ll make a huge difference

When it comes to starting out on your fitness journey, don’t worry about perfect.

Get out on start with these basic steps

The better you get at doing these things, the more you can branch out and try to do more of tougher steps

Make it a consistent routine and progress from there

I once had a client tell me I put the F-U in FUN šŸ˜‚

In life it’s important to do hard things, especially when you don’t want to do them

Burpee broad jumps? Probably my least favorite exercise

Which is why I’m doing them 2x a week now šŸ™ƒ

Moral of the story, we all have goals we want to accomplish. Avoiding hard things will slow down your progress, seeking out hard things will speed things up šŸ”„

Here’s the secret 🤫

DONT HIT YOUR TRAINER šŸ˜‚

Some days you’re not going to like the workout.

But you should always love how you feel once it’s complete

If things are going hard right now, just keep your head down, keep doing the work, and the rewards will come

I’ll be honest, I got a little too comfortable, for a little too long

I was asking my clients to dig deep and change habits that were holding them back

A lot of these habits I was doing already, so it was an easy ask

Yet they were still struggling with it

So I decided I would flip my training style completely

Instead of 90% weight lifting (which I’m good at)

I started to do 75% Conditioning (something I’ve always struggled with mentally)

This along with tracking diligently and sticking to my macros created one of if not my biggest transformation personally

What I didn’t do
āŒKeto
āŒGLP-1s
āŒFast for hours at a time
āŒBe quiet with my goals and try to do it all alone

What I did do
āœ…Ate what I wanted, as long as I hit protein and calorie goals
āœ…Exercised for 1-1.5 hours 6 days a week
āœ…10k Steps a day
āœ… Let my family and friends know my goals so I’d have a solid support system around me

You can have the same results too, all you need is:
