Iāll be honest, I got a little too comfortable, for a little too long
I was asking my clients to dig deep and change habits that were holding them back
A lot of these habits I was doing already, so it was an easy ask
Yet they were still struggling with it
So I decided I would flip my training style completely
Instead of 90% weight lifting (which Iām good at)
I started to do 75% Conditioning (something Iāve always struggled with mentally)
This along with tracking diligently and sticking to my macros created one of if not my biggest transformation personally
What I didnāt do
āKeto
āGLP-1s
āFast for hours at a time
āBe quiet with my goals and try to do it all alone
What I did do

Ate what I wanted, as long as I hit protein and calorie goals
ā
Exercised for 1-1.5 hours 6 days a week
ā
10k Steps a day
ā
Let my family and friends know my goals so Iād have a solid support system around me
