I didn’t use mushrooms but would be great I think but Dylan disagrees and I didn’t use butter. Just stuffed and placed on baking sheet at 375 for about 40min.

Cajun-spiced chicken breasts stuffed with bell peppers, mushrooms, onions and melted zesty pepper-jack cheese.
