This little TN team came and balled out!!! We played hard all weekend and our bats were ON FIRRREEEE 🔥. We won our first game 18-12, played a good game 2 but came up short 4-6. Our 3rd game we brought out the fire again and won 15-5, advancing us to play on Sunday. Bright and early Sunday morning we start things off hot winning 18-2 (hell yeah)! Our 2nd game Sunday, it was a little closer than we would’ve liked, winning 7-5. Our bats were absolutely ROASTING the next game winning a whopping 15-0! WOW! 4th game of the day was again closer than we would’ve liked with a 7-4 win which put us into the championship game! After playing 4 games back to back in the miserably hot Florida weather we came up short to the team that beat us Saturday night. Overall the slugs had an AMAZING weekend and I couldn’t be more proud of the ball that we played! Our first year together coming down to PCB and playing 2nd out of 18 teams is absolutely phenomenal!
