Part of "self defense" or a more fitting term "Life Protection Arts" is trying to live at least a moderately healthy lifestyle. Avoiding poor eating habits, to***co, excessive alcohol consumption, and unnecessary pharmaceutical drugs is a large part of this along with regular exercise. There's a larger chance of your bad habits killing you than any attacker. When the next lab created pandemic comes along, don't have one foot in the grave already.
