Tuesday 9/8/26 at Crossville Isshinryu Karate Academy :
The dojo will be open at 5:00 PM for anyone wanting to practice before class.
5:30 PM: All Levels Kids Karate Class with Master Tim Sherrill, Senseis Gary L Howard, Jason Ayers, John Van Winkle, and Tori Bradberry. Tonight’s class will be a variety of self defense skills along with basic and advanced kicking and striking skills.
6:40 PM: Adult Karate Class with Master Ben Gibson and Sensei Trent Palmer.

Monday 9/7/26 there are NO classes at Crossville Isshinryu Karate Academy .
We are CLOSED FOR LABOR DAY! Everyone/all levels come to class on Tuesday and Thursday this week.
Don’t forget we have Tai Chi and Escrima Classes for Adults on Wednesdays and Adult Kickboxing on Fridays.

Friday 9/4/26 at Crossville Isshinryu Karate Academy :
5:30 PM is Kickboxing with Coaches John Van Winkle and Tori Bradberry.
This class is for anyone 15 years and older. No experience needed. Get in shape and learn to fight and defend yourself!

Happy Two Year Anniversary to Crossville Isshinryu Karate Academy ! We opened 9/2/24!
Now today, Thursday 9/3/26 at CIKA:
The dojo doors will be open at 5:00 PM for anyone wanting to practice before class.
5:30 PM: All Levels Kids Karate Class with Master Tim Sherrill, Master Marty Robbins, Senseis Jason Ayers, Gary L Howard, John Van Winkle, and Tori Bradberry. Tonight’s class will be some self defense drills, along with advanced kata and Kumite training.
6:40 PM: Adult Karate Class with Master Eric Bradberry, Master Ben Gibson, and Sensei John Vanwinkle. Tonight’s class will include Kobudo/weapons kata training along with a traditional karate class.
