Plateau Soccer Club Becomes FC Alliance Plateau
We are excited to announce a new chapter for soccer in the Upper Cumberland.
Plateau Soccer Club will officially become FC Alliance Plateau, joining one of Tennessee's premier youth soccer organizations and creating new opportunities for players and families throughout our region.
This partnership brings together the strong local foundation, community relationships, and player-first culture that Plateau Soccer Club has built with the extensive resources, coaching development, competitive opportunities, and proven player pathway offered by FC Alliance.
For players and families across Crossville, Cumberland County, Fentress County, and the surrounding Upper Cumberland region, this means greater opportunities without sacrificing the local identity and commitment that have made Plateau Soccer Club special.
What This Means for Our Players
FC Alliance Plateau will provide a clear and intentional pathway for player development, from a player's first experience in the game through the highest levels of youth soccer.
Players will have access to enhanced coaching education, a proven developmental curriculum, and opportunities to compete within the FC Alliance network. As players progress, they will have a direct connection to regional and national platforms, including ECNL and ECNL Regional League programs.
FC Alliance has a long history of helping players advance to the collegiate level, with hundreds of alumni continuing their careers at NCAA Division I, II, III, NAIA, and junior college programs. The club has also helped players pursue opportunities beyond college, including professional and international levels of the game.
For ambitious players with dreams of playing in college, FC Alliance Plateau will provide access to one of the most established player development pathways in the region while allowing families to remain connected to their local soccer community.
