🥊 CROSSVILLE MMA IS COMING TOGETHER! 🥊

We’ve only been in our new home for about a month, but the gym is already starting to come together—and the classes are going strong!

Coach Ron Fields had everyone putting in the work during last night’s MMA class. The team showed up, pushed one another, and got better with every round. We still have plenty planned for this space, but we’re excited about what we’re building and proud of everyone who has been part of it so far!

If you’ve been thinking about trying MMA, now is the perfect time to come train with us. Beginners are always welcome!
