All custom orders are non-refundable except in the event that an item is defective or damaged. Damaged or defective items not resulting from misuse or abuse can be returned for repair or replacement, whichever is appropriate for the item. Custom orders may take up to six weeks to complete, as each item is completely made by hand, start to finish, by one person. Should the expected delivery date exceed six weeks, you will be notified immediately. Custom orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours after payment has been made, unless the item is already in progress. CUSTOM BELTS are made to the measurements provided by the customer which should include the measurement from a belt the person currently wears, from the buckle fold to the hole that is worn the most. The new custom belt will be built so that the center hole aligns with this measurement, allowing adjustment up or down. Custom belts that are built on measurements provided by the customer are ONLY refundable/remade if the measurement of the new belt from the fold to the holes does NOT match the measurement given by the customer.
