The lake draw was Horseshoe for last night and although it wasn't as stellar as one would expect it did produce a few fish, inluding one walleye that now takes top honors as the big one of the year!
Congrats to Ben and Logan on cracking that big 'eye, big bass of the night and the win, also Nate and Heather for their 2nd place finish!
Just 2 stops left - next lake is Crooked on 8/26 and we'll be fishing from 5:00 - 8:00. Have a great couple of weeks!

Results from Lower South Long.
Ben was missing Logan but the fish kept him company as he put together a great bag again for 30 points and the win! Zach and Dale put together a mixed bag for 2nd and Nate and Jason took home big pike honors with a 25.5 incher - nice work boys!
Tonight is the famed Gull River; we can only hope the good side of the river that produces impressive bags shows up tonight and not the tough version that will have everyone spinning!

Ross is in the books, finally! Sorry for the delayed post but the 4th and Montana kept me from getting to it.
Ben and Logan continue to find the fish and stacked up a nice win with a 30 point mixed bag, including the Big Bass of the night which also bumps up the big bass of the season to 19". Zach and Dale also had a nice mixed bag for 2nd place, while Nick and Freddie bagged a 32.5" pike to bump the big pike of the season up. Nice work fellas!
Next stop was going to be Ripple this Wednesday but we have instead opted for Lower South Long. 6:00 - 9:00 out of the Cty Rd 144 access.

What started as a night on Lower Cullen switched to a night on Edward and then finally settled on Pelican as another league was fishing Edward as well. Fortunately our group was able to pivot without too much hassle!
Rob and Jesse got the win with a mixed bag and the tie breaker, Logan had a nice bag of 25 points as well for 2nd and Zach and Dale took the big fish of the night again with a 25.75" walleye. Congrats guys!
Tonight we will be on our back-to-back fishing Ross before the chaos starts out there. Everyone have a safe and happy 4th of July!

Boy oh boy Hubert was quite a stop last night! With chance of severe weather in the forecast but clear skies we decided to roll with it - it didn't take long for the pop-up cell to form but all we got was heavy wind thankfully, and the fish popped pretty well with that weather change.
Zach and Dale won Big Pike with a 27"er, Jesse and Rob took 2nd with a mixed bag for 32 points while Ben and Logan continue their streak with a huge 38 point bag. Big bass got bumped with Brian and Joey on an 18.25" smallie and the big panfish took a jump as well with Nick and Pat scratching a 13.25" crappie last night. Nice fish everyone!

Next stop is Lower Cullen on June 24th.

Results from Platte and Sullivan for last Wednesday. A couple of dandy fish to raise the bar for the season with a 19.5" bass caught by Eric and Aycen to take home Big Fish of the night as well as Rob and Jesse bumping up the big walleye with a 28.25" beauty!
Ben continued his dominant start with a 27 point mixed bag performance while Rob and Jesse took 2nd with 19 points.
Next lake is Hubert on June 10th 6:00 - 9:00 with pike as the big fish, hope to see you there!

Was a beautiful night on the water last night on North Long!
Ben and Logan had 27 points with a nice mixed bag as did Nick and Pat but Ben and Logan had the tie breaker for the win. Jesse and Rob took 3rd with a mixed bag for 17 points.
Big walleye went to Ben and Logan at 23".
Not a bad start, now off to Platte and Sullivan on the 27th; same 6:00 start time and we will be going out of the south Platte Lake landing.
For those that have interest in joining we will be adding a bonus night during the season as an additional "keep or throw" so if you missed out on North Long last night it wouldn't count against you as you'd still fish 10 lakes and would still count your top 9 scores.
If you're interested let me know and I can get all of the info to you and help get you set up on the FishDonkey app.

We are now LIVE! For everyone fishing this year we will be using the FishDonkey app; the tournament and parameters are set so teams can go in and register for the league now.
If you haven't already, download the app to your phone. Search "Oars-N-Mine Fishing League" and register. In your account's Personal Information list Partner 1's full name under the "First Name" and Partner 2's full name under "Last Name." Also, put Partner 2's phone number in the "Address 2" spot.
Only 1 team member will register and pay for the app (fee says $5 but it is actually $10 when you go to process payment.)

I'm sure there will be some bumps along the way but we'll navigate it together. I have had some experience with the FD app and it's going to help us out BIGTIME!
Very excited for tomorrow night, hope everyone is ready to catch some fish!

Just a couple of days away from our first event on North Long! We will be using the FishDonkey app this year in place of live weigh-in, so make sure you download the FishDonkey app. Registration for the Oars-N-Mine Fishing League in the app is $10 per team.
Once they send me the link to the league I will send it out but you will also be able to search it and join. Same format as we do during the weigh-in, just will allow us to catch-release fish without beating them up in livewells and will also make the end of the night process faster!
Looking forward to Wednesday night, 6:00 start time out of the Merrifield landing!
