We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Golf Shop Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to members and guest while ensuring the golf shop operates efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet members and guest with a welcoming attitude.
Process tee times, check-ins, and payments using the point-of-sale system.
Assist customers with golf merchandise, Apparel, and equipment purchases.
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well stocked golf shop.
Coordinate with golf operations staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform opening closing procedures as assigned.
