🏒 1st Annual Crookston Summer Hockey Camp! 🏒

Looking for a fun way to keep your young hockey player active and improving this summer? Join us July 27–31 at the Crookston Sports Center for a week of skill development, games, and hockey fun!

✅ Open to Mites (8U), Sq**rts (10U), PeeWees (12U), and Bantams (15U)
✅ 2 hours of hockey activities each day
✅ On-ice training, power skating, skill work, games, and dryland development
✅ Experienced coaches dedicated to helping players grow their confidence and love for the game

🌟 Players from Crookston and all surrounding communities are welcome! Whether your child is new to hockey or looking to take their game to the next level, this camp is designed to provide a positive, fun, and challenging experience.

🏒 Hockey Treadmill Training – Summer Sign-Up 💪

This summer we’re running hockey treadmill sessions designed to help players build speed, endurance, and explosive stride power so they return to the season stronger and faster.

These sessions are open to all athletes in the surrounding communities who want to improve speed, conditioning, and overall performance.

🔥 Hockey-specific stride mechanics
🔥 Acceleration and top-end speed
🔥 Conditioning for longer, stronger shifts
🔥 Overall athletic development

📅 When: All summer long (limited spots each week)

🥅🏒 The Crookston 10,000 Shot Challenge is BACK! 🏒🥅

Calling all Crookston youth hockey players! Stay sharp this summer and get ready for next season by joining the 10,000 Shot Club Challenge!

📅 Challenge Dates:
June 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026

📋 Tracking sheets due:
October 16, 2026

🏒 Goals:
• Skaters — 10,000 shots
• Goalies — 1,000 training minutes

🎉 Players who complete the challenge will receive a custom challenge T-shirt!

Consistency is key — a few minutes each day can make a huge difference by hockey season.

💥 Focused, game-like training in a full-ice environment

Each session includes:
✅ 15–20 minutes of game-like drills (positioning, forecheck, neutral zone, D-zone play)
✅ 40 minutes of controlled scrimmage focused on real game situations

🏆 STANLEY CUP 3v3 CHAMPS ALERT! 🏆

Huge congrats to The Flames (Sq**rt/Peewee/10U/12U) and The Predators (Bantam/High School) on being crowned Stanley Cup 3v3 Champions! 🥇🏒

What an awesome month of goals, teamwork, and just the right amount of chaos 😄🔥 Everyone competed hard and had a blast doing it!

So proud of all the players for bringing the energy and making it such a fun event from start to finish! 👏
