Summer Class schedule: Starting June 3

Tae Kwon Do

Monday and Wednesday

5:30 - 6:30 pm Beginner though Blue belt
6:30 - 7:30 pm Purple through Red trim
7:30 - 8:30 pm Black belts

Friday

5:30 - 6:30 pm All ages and ranks

Kettle Bells

Monday, Wednesday & Friday

5:15-6:00 am

Kumdo/Kumbub

Sunday

5:30-7:30 9 yrs. and older

Thanks to the students and parents who helped to make our OX Carts Days demo a very successful one.
Board breaking and kicking drills for the students and I did some noodle cutting and our time was up. Short but fun!
We also were in the parade for the first time. It was more fun than I ever expected, we had great parade weather which helped to make it fun. Whenever we got stopped was time for more board breaking and at our last turn I had time for some noodle cutting, but we had to move fast or soon were left behind and running to get caught up! I was glad to see the end though, I was wearing sandals that I hadn’t worn in quite a while, are were real comfortable for walking in. That didn’t last long however, after a couple of blocks they started to completely fall apart. Seems they were getting even with me for not wearing them for a long time. Thanks again everyone, students, parents and audience for a very fun day!

New Gym is ready! Classes tomorrow night are back to normal time! It is awesome and we are excited to welcome the students to the new place!

Good afternoon! Just a heads up the gym is not ready yet. We are having class this week in Castle park from 530 to 630 for everyone. Wear exercise clothes and tennis shoes for Monday and Wednesday! Hope to see you there!

A big thank you to Mr. Mike Geoffrey, Mr. Alan, Mr. Andrew, Mr. Steve, Miss Katie, and Miss Autumn for coming out this evening to Crookston to help take the mirrors down and move things out.
