Dear Parents,
We would like to invite all our students and families to join us for a special closing session and prize distribution ceremony tomorrow at our studio.

*Angel Supporters*
Firstly let me thank the support from Chinmay Patankar and entire Mallakhamb Federation USAfor their support all the way from 2013 & helping kickstart the center first in 2016 and then again in 2021.
Without this strong support, we would never have started off.
I would also like to thank our strong supporter Rajeev Desai of Vallabhdham Templefor believing in our dream and helping us grow in the fledgling years both in 2016 & from 2021 onwards.

*Athlete Progress*
It has been wonderful to see the enthusiasm, discipline, confidence, and skills our students have developed throughout the past 5 years.
We have seen our athletes participate in events like *Carnival of Cultures* and *BMM in the Bay Area*.
We have seen our athletes up their game and win medals in each category we participated in during the recent Regional tournament at New Jersey.
We have seen athletes get trained to become part of Team USA and also win accolades in International competitions.
*Coaches Certification*
We have seen parents initially step up as volunteer coaches and continue their growth by attaining *International Mallakhamb Coach Certifications* .
*Congratulations to Manoj Upadhye Jayesh, Kalpana Shelar and Shraddha Birajdar on getting this certification.*
*Congratulations also to Ojas Upadhye for attaining the International Coach Certification.*

*Team Effort*
Last December we also saw the close cooperation of the parents to paint and get ready the larger newer space we moved to which allowed our athletes to level up in both top of the pole elements in Pole Mallakhamb as well as their Rope skills.

*Demonstrations*
We have seen coaches, parents and athletes come together and carry out demonstrations that kept the audience spellbound in the recent demonstrations at Laya Vinyasa event at Glastonbury, TAGB event at Acton , MA and IAOCC event at Hartford. The icing on the cake was the IAOCC demonstration that was entirely planned and executed by the senior athletes and ably supported by parent volunteers. The cheers and I will cherish the tremendous crowd support that was witnessed at the demonstration. *Congratulations Ojas, Grantha and Samar Shelar.*

*Record breaking Athletes*
We also saw two athletes shatter the glass ceiling by cracking the 100 dasrang mark. *Congratulations Vivaan Shelar (12+ yrs ) and Abir Upadhye ( under 12 yrs)*

We would also like to sincerely thank all our volunteers, parents, families, and everyone who helped behind the scenes—whether organizing demos, assisting during sessions, coordinating events, or simply cheering on our students. This would not be possible without the support of our community.
We look forward to celebrating all our hard work and achievements together.
*Closing Note*
With a heavy heart, we have to announce the closing of the Cromwell Mallakhamb Center. Today would be the last training session at Cromwell facility.
We are not discouraged nor are we pessimistic. This is just a step back before the Connecticut Team leaps forward with more energy and in next 5 years establishes this center as the best Mallakhamb Training center in USA.

We hope everyone can join us for our last class and prize distribution as we celebrate the success of Mallakhamb together.

Thank you for being part of our Mallakhamb Parivaar. We look forward to seeing everyone today and signing off on a high note!

#2024 Exactly one year ago, in November 2024, we had the incredible honor of participating in the India vs. Rest of the World Championship held in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh — and what an unforgettable experience it was! 🇮🇳🇺🇸🌍

Competing alongside amazing athletes, the energy, sportsmanship, and cultural exchange made it truly special. And to top it all off, Team USA delivered an outstanding performance, winning multiple medals in both the individual events and the Team Pyramid Championship! 🥇🥈🥉🇺🇸

Looking back today, we are filled with gratitude for the memories, the friendships, and the chance to represent on such a global stage. Here’s to many more incredible experiences ahead! 🙌✨

A huge thank-you to the Mallakhamb Federation of USA (MFU) Mallakhamb Federation USA and the International Mallakhamb Federation (IMF) for providing with this amazing opportunity 🙏🤝

What an incredible Mallakhamb demonstration by our talented young and senior athletes at ‘Share the light- Diwali celebrations’, Glastonbury, CT!

The energy, strength, and agility on display were truly inspiring.
The crowd gasped in awe as the young athletes effortlessly swung, twisted, and climbed the pole, displaying remarkable strength and flexibility. The kids' confidence and enthusiasm were infectious, leaving everyone cheering and applauding their outstanding performance!

Mallakhamb is not just a sport, it's an art form that showcases Indian heritage and culture. Kudos to these amazing athletes for their dedication and passion!
