Hi everyone, I’m Mandy! I’m officially joining Regan as a personal trainer here at Elevate Wellness, and I couldn’t be more excited to support the women in this community.

I’m a mom of 3 and a stepmom to 2, so I know firsthand what it feels like to juggle life/schedules and still try to find yourself somewhere in the mix. My own fitness journey has been full of restarts, growth, and finally feeling strong in my body again — and it’s what inspired me to help other women do the same.

I’m now a NASM-certified coach specializing in women’s fitness, and my passion is helping moms feel confident, supported, and connected to their bodies again — without pressure or perfection.
