When one boy showed up to practice with bleached hair, they ALL wanted bleached hair! 😂⚾️

And, of course, Debra O'Neill Wilson made it happen! Every team needs a mom and hairstylist like her. The boys had a vision, and she came through in clutch to make it happen.

But that’s what makes this team so special. These boys aren’t just a baseball team, they’re a brotherhood. They celebrate together, laugh together, win together, lose together, and make memories together. When one of them does something, the rest want to be right there beside them.

Thank you, Deb for going above and beyond for these kids. From spending your own time and supplies to making sure every boy who wanted the look got it, you helped create memories they’ll never forget. 🏆 WEST VIRGINIA STATE CHAMPIONS 🏆

The NKY Kings traveled to West Virginia this weekend to compete in the USSSA West Virginia State Championship Tournament — and these boys came READY TO WORK! 👑⚾🔥

After battling their way through pool play and earning the #2 seed, the Kings turned it up and went on an absolute championship run!

💥 Defeated the #5 ranked team in West Virginia
💥 Defeated the #4 ranked team in West Virginia
💥 Defeated the #3 ranked team in West Virginia

These boys stepped up in EVERY big moment all weekend long. They made the huge plays when it mattered most, played lights-out defense, and absolutely SMACKED the ball all over the field! 💣🔥

🔥 HUGE weekend for Levi Wilson #5 🔥

Levi came up BIG for his team this weekend, crushing his FIRST GRAND SLAM 💣💥 to help lead the NKY Kings to a huge win over the #5 team in the state of West Virginia!

Behind the plate, Levi was an absolute wall all weekend long. He caught outstanding games, blocked everything in the dirt, handled the pitching staff with confidence, and stayed ready to make every play count. His toughness and leadership at catcher were a huge part of the team’s success. 👑⚾

Levi also stepped up on the mound in the Championship Game and delivered under pressure. He pitched 4 strong innings with 5 strikeouts while giving up only 3 runs, helping lead his team to a HUGE WIN in the West Virginia State Championship Tournament! 🏆🔥

So proud of the way this kid competed all weekend long. Big-time plays in big-time moments! Keep grinding, #5! 💙🖤⚾

🔥 BIG weekend for Cole Turner #4 🔥

Cole was an absolute force this weekend, going 7-for-10 at the plate and coming up HUGE in the championship game with a 2-run OUT OF THE PARK HOMERUN 💣⚾

He also made one of the biggest defensive plays of the weekend with a perfect throw from left field to home plate to gun down a runner trying to score! 👀🔥

On the mound, Cole stepped up big in the semifinals, pitching 5 strong innings with 5 strikeouts while allowing only 2 runs. His performance helped lead the team to a huge win over the #4 ranked team in the state of West Virginia! 💪

Cole continues to show what it means to compete, lead, and make plays in every part of the game.
