The Gold Camp Shooting Sports Complex will be closed all day, Tuesday, August 25 through the morning of Wednesday, August 26th. Watch for an email on Wednesday morning alerting you to when the range will open.

This closure is due to the ongoing work of extending the 400-yard range to 500 yards.

Range Safety Reminders

Important reminders about what appear to be continued safety and code of conduct violations:

Sunday morning the 100-yard shooting shed had a lot of empty rifle brass from someone who shot late Saturday or early Sunday. Please pick up your brass and help keep the range clean.

We've received several reports of people shooting pistols at the 400-yard range. We ask pistol shooters not to use the long range as it’s imperative that all rounds impact the berms where fire mitigation has been accomplished.

Members are welcome to bring guests but remember, they must always be with the member, no exceptions.

Pistol shooters are highly encouraged to use the 25-yard range as pistol rounds do not impact the berm at the 100-yard range.

And our most serious violated rule – No handling or touching fi****ms when the range is cold, and not being behind the red line..
