You are your own friend and enemy. So make your choice, but remember always mpve forward not back.

How to Deplete your glycogen stores!

So big question is how do i deplete my glycogen stores?
well its easy enough to say, but harder to do. Because since most of your favorite foods are just packed with glucose, trans fats and saturated fats. You cant just help but indulge, but i will tell you now that if you can resist and find healthy alternatives, then you will be just 2 steps away from your goal. See people don't really understand that dieting is the most important part of fitness! sure you can be young, have a high metabolism but really, your not gonna stay 15 forever. So going back to the question of this article, how do you deplete your glycogen stores? simple, change your eating habits. Yes i said it, change your eating habits, because if you eat clean and stay away from fries, potato chips, chocolate, candy, burgers and pizza. you have already accomplished the first step in achieving your goals, Second step is too eat healthy lean foods like chicken breast, bananas, salad, spinach, and beans. Okay so we talked about dieting, and now we are going to talk about what to eat, if any one does not have an idea yet.
here's a simple meal prep that i do broken up into two hour intervals:
meal 1: 7:30AM- low carb salad breakfast
oats with cinnamon(organic) banana slices
protein shake( eat eggs alternative for protein)
Meal 2: 9:30AM- low carb salad with hard boiled eggs
meal 3: 11:30AM-low carb salad with chicken breast
GYM- from about 12 till 5:30 you will fast. Then go the gym at 5:30.
Last meal after gym. Will be at 8:30, you will eat salad with lean meat of your choice and have a protein shake.
^^^ ^^^
So here is a simple meal prep, Changing your diet with the meal prep that is outlined above, through time and training your body will sense that it needs energy, since it will not store anymore glycogen it will take from your glycogen stores utilizing it for energy and in article 1 i talked about how HIIT will also burn most amount of fat- use this article in correlation with the first article. You will be lean in not time.
Hope this article was helpful, and thanks for reading

true or false, does a fasted workout really burn the most amount of fat!?

The question everyone ask is, "Does a fasted workout really burn the most amount of fat?"

Well the answer is both yes and no. The reason why i am saying yes and no is because, a fasted workout is only effective at burning the most amount of fat stored in the body depending on the rate of your exercise. Doing slow and steady pace lifting will not do much let alone just making you really sore with out any positive results. What you really need to do is High intensity training, with intervals of cardio in between your sets. By engaging in this routine you will not only burn the most fat stored but you will also be utilizing your glycogen stores for energy. Also to mention glycogen is also the main factor in slowing down your progression. Since Glycogen is the main result of increase in insulin, and insulin is the active chemical inside the body that leads too fat storage. You need to deplete your glycogen stores. In article 2 i will explain about how too deplete you glycogen stores and trust me its not fun!. But continuing with this article, (HIIT) will in fact burn the most amount of fat stored, but keep in mind you still need to maintain a healthy diet consisting of your 3 main macros which i call the "BIG Three," they are your (fats, proteins, and carbs) which will all add up to your caloric intake for the day. So as long as you can keep a HIIT routine for 8 weeks while maintaining a healthy diet you will be lean and shredded in no time. Most important note to keep to your self is your not going to be a overnight shredded beast, this takes time and motivation if you are willing to put yourself through the most excruciating moments in your life then its all worth it towards the end. So remember eat clean, keep lean and lift beastly. Hope this article will help any of you fitness freaks
