Our kind of Sunday 🐾❤️ Paws on the Move with the Humane Society of Oldham County!

We spent the afternoon getting some sweet pups out for a little movement, fresh air, and lots of love. It was definitely a hot one, so we kept things cool with plenty of water and shade breaks (which just meant more time for cuddles!) 🐶☀️

We’re so grateful for partnerships like this that give us the opportunity to get outside the studio and give back to our community💙

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to Oldham County Day, cheered us on during the parade, stopped by our booth, & competed in our row challenge. We loved seeing so many familiar faces and meeting new ones! 🤩

🐾PAWS ON THE MOVE WITH F45🐾

Join us on Sunday, July 12 at 1:30pm as we partner with the Humane Society of OC for an afternoon of movement, community, and wagging tails!

We’ll meet at the Humane Society and head out to walk adoptable dogs, giving them extra exercise, fresh air, and socialization while we get our steps in together.

This event is open to everyone, so invite someone to join you!🎉

If you’re able, we’d also love your support by bringing an item from the Humane Society’s wish list. Every donation helps care for the animals while they wait for their forever homes. ❤️

Mornings like this are a reminder that the best part of F45 has always been the people. Thankful for everyone who showed up, cheered each other on, and made it such a great start to the weekend.
