Every athlete goes through:
A full movement screen to identify strengths, limitations, and injury risks
Force plate testing to measure power output, balance, and momentum
Proteus rotational testing to evaluate sport-specific rotational power and efficiency
From there, we build your Boost Profile — a personalized performance hub that tracks your data, progress, and development over time.
Athletes also receive:
A custom monthly training calendar
Guided programming for both in-facility and at-home work
Ongoing performance tracking to ensure real, measurable improvement
