Your body usually doesn’t send a calendar invite saying, “Hey, we need to talk.” 😅

Sometimes the first signs that something isn’t moving quite right are surprisingly subtle. Maybe you’ve started avoiding a certain movement, one side feels different from the other, or something that used to feel easy suddenly takes a little more effort.

Those small changes are worth paying attention to. 👀

Young athletes are tough, competitive, and often determined to stay in the game. But sometimes “pushing through it” isn’t the best play. 💪🏃

Pain during or after sports, changes in the way your child runs or moves, or soreness that keeps coming back can be signs that their body needs a little extra attention.

Catching these warning signs early can help address movement issues, build strength, and keep a small problem from becoming a bigger injury that sidelines them later.
