✨ June Schedule Update ✨
A loving little heads up from your sweaty GH’s family… 😅🔥
With our new heaters, all Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday classes are HEATED classes. Think radiant warmth, deep stretching, detoxifying sweat, and maybe discovering muscles (and endurance) you didn’t know you had. ☀️💚
That said… please be kind to your body as you adjust. We do not recommend stacking heated classes back-to-back right away, especially if you’re newer to heated movement, heat sensitive, or easing back into practice. Hydrate well (before and after class), listen to your body, and take breaks when needed.
And as always, if you have any medical conditions, concerns about heat exposure, or simply aren’t sure if heated classes are right for you, please check with your healthcare provider first or opt for one of our many unheated classes.

Another reminder- June 1st late cancellation fees ($5) take effect! Make sure to cancel your booked class one hour prior to class start time to not be charged if you no show! 🙏🏽
