Always sending you prayers and love kid.
This is Aubree from Iowa that shoots archery for the Creston Archery Team. She has competed in archery for 3 years now and always has a smile that’s bigger than she is.
This year at our Iowa State tournament she was in a lot of pain while trying to pull back her bow. A few weeks later while attending national practices with her team in preparation to go on to Louisville she was still in a lot of pain and even during doctor visits that couldn’t find anything wrong, she was still trying to power through with that smile on her face.
Aubree was not able to attend nationals. Her family was at this time getting referred to different physicians as none could find the cause of her pain. Aubree was then taken to the University of Iowa health care center and finally given answers.
Aubree has since been diagnosed with spinal cord glioma. She is fighting like crazy still with a smile. Kid is tough.
We would like to recognize her for her character and courage. From your Creston archery teammates, coaches, parents, and extended community we love you and are always here for you.
