Working out to get the results you want is simple, but the internet loves to over complicate it.

Training is for shaping, eating is for body size.
Wanna be bigger? Eat more. Wanna be smaller? Eat less.

Train hard enough to change shape.
Eat enough of the RIGHT stuff to grow muscle, or eat enough of the RIGHT stuff to burn fat.
AND recover.

Boom 💥 it’s not EASY. But it is SIMPLE.

They want you to think there’s a problem so they can sell you the solution.

If you feel like you haven’t made any progress, look at the you from 3 months ago. 6 months ago. 1 year ago. I bet you’re a different person.
