50 Burpees a day until April 15th! You can break down into 10 burpees five times during your days, do them at the gym, home or wherever you please! Burpees are full body exercises that build strength, cardiovascular fitness, support strong bones, and they are versatile! No equipment needed! You can do burpees in small spaces! When traveling, burpees are convenient and help you maintain your fitness level.
Let’s do this! Log your 50 burpees daily!
