Reminder: Open gym dates start tomorrow!!

‼️Attention Girl Athletes/Parents entering 6-12th grade for the 2026-27 school year ‼️

We will be having girls basketball open gym every Monday and Thursday mornings from 8:00-9:30am starting June 1st! This will continue until family week in July. We hope to see many girls there willing to put in the work over the summer. Our hard work will pay off during the winter months!! 🏀🏀

CYBA awarded its first annual scholarships to two Crestwood seniors who volunteered extensively with youth sports during their high school career. Congratulations to Zoey Mehmert and Alex Berg.

We officially wrapped up our 2025-2026 season with our Awards banquet! We had a great year with lots of improvement for our team: in skill, chemistry, and culture. We finished the season 13-10, with major improvement in the second half of the season. 1-5 prior to Christmas break, then 12-5 post Christmas break. Time to hit the gym in the summer months to keep moving the needle for Crestwood Girls Basketball!!

Awards/performances to celebrate:

- Our Team set the school record for most steals in a season at 322, previous record was 294.
- We are also added to the long list of teams that have allowed fewest points in a quarter in school history, holding Waukon to 0.
