Great Job to the Coaches J'nathan Michael , Andy Bro and others for a successful baseball season. F.O.P. Lodge 144 is, has, and will always be looking for partners to assist with our plan of keeping kids on track. So far we have had a BMX racing team, 2 soap box derby teams in addition to financially supporting girls softball in Barton, and Lavale.

🚨UPDATE- Rabies results were NEGATIVE 🙌

🚨PSA- We have been notified of a situation that took place at Ort Field last night, during the Minors Division- PVAA Mountainside Home Realty Vs. LaVale Legends game.

A child is currently receiving treatment concerning a bat bite, which they came in contact with when playing underneath the away side bleachers. Per the Mineral County Health Department, LaVale is a high-risk area for rabies exposure. All agencies and organizations have been notified.

If your child was one of the many playing underneath the bleachers at last nights away game in LaVale, we highly recommend that you check them over well and seek medical treatment if needed. 🚨

A HUGE shoutout of appreciation to Erin Dettinburn for not only doing a fantastic job capturing our leagues photos this season, but for also recognizing our commitment to the participants in our program! Behind the scenes, in the midst of all the stress and planning, and while always balancing a jam packed schedule, we still focus on what truly matters- the experience these players and families are receiving. Thank you to all who had a hand in helping make Opening Day/Picture Day a success!

We kicked things off right alongside first pitch and kept it moving all day. Players rotated in and out of the indoor concession stand setup quick, easy, and right on time.

That doesn’t happen by accident.

Hey, PVAA Baseball League Crew!

The concession schedule for all home games has been finalized!

•Opessa Concession is currently set up for pre-packaged snacks only. No hot food will be served until repairs are made to the sink.
•Weber Concession is fully stocked and ready to go!

We kindly ask that each of our (17) teams try to fill at least (4) slots each. Volunteers may choose any available date to help. **You do not have to volunteer only when your player is scheduled to play.

⚾️ Make-Up Pictures 📸

Erin Dettinburn will be set up tomorrow in Barton to take Crick Bratz Softball pictures.

Anyone in our PVAA Baseball League that would like to be included in our league team pictures may choose to tag onto the end of their picture session. Details: Saturday, April 25th at 1:30 pm. Barton Fire Hall, 19120 S. Eutaw St. Barton, MD 21521.

Anyone that cannot make this timeframe, but that would still like individual pictures taken of their players (which will NOT be included in the league team pictures) may reach out directly to Erin to schedule.
