More detail on our fitness challenge for those interested!!!
I would say is my job is to create great ideas to make the community want to get healthy and fit.
We just got done with our most successful program ever. Why was it successful? We created a tracker that makes it easier to keep up with the process and hold our members accountable.
So we are trying to offer our services to more people. This time we will track miles walked/ rode (if they want to bike) average heart rate per workout, percentage of healthy meals!
To spice things up a bit we will do sports on Thursday nights at 6:30pm. Pickleball, sand volleyball, and ultimate frisbee.
Saturdays we will introduce challenges example walk the butner hill 3 times in less than 30 minutes.
Everytime we walk a mile, eat healthy, complete a challenge, win a game that’s points for our or your team! Just a fun way to create a way for people to have workout partners who help hold each other accountable just by knowing they are relying on you to get points.
Let me know if you are interested. We are going to push the challenge back one week! Start date will be April 13th!!
