We are so grateful to have so many of our SDS alumni joining us tomorrow, both on stage and in the audience. They have taken time out of their busy lives to come back, rehearse, and be part of this special celebration. No matter how many years have passed since they last danced on our stage, they are forever part of the SDS family💖

✨ Senior Spotlight Series ✨

Today we celebrate Molly Rovner! 💖

Molly has been dancing for 15 years, with 14 years at Simone Dance Studio. Her favorite memory was being with her team at Nationals in 2025. This fall, Molly will attend Saint Joseph’s University where she will be part of the Accelerated DPT Program while also dancing as a member of SJU’s Dance Team. Molly also taught her very first class this year (Lyrical I) after spending several years as a teaching assistant at the studio.

Molly is everyone’s go-to girl. She is always there for her friends and teammates both in and out of the studio. She keeps us laughing, brings such a kind energy wherever she goes, and is the true definition of a hard worker. We are so proud of the leader and person she has become.

Mol, you will truly be missed next year, but we know you are going to do big things wherever you go and we will be cheering you on every step of the way! 💜 Congratulations on your last recital!

Senior Spotlight Series ✨ 🎓

We are excited to kick off our first Senior Spotlight honoring the Class of 2026 with Brielle Tavares! 💖

Brielle has been dancing for 15 years and will be taking her final bow on the SDS stage next weekend. Her favorite SDS memory was joining the competition team for her senior year and getting the opportunity to compete alongside her teammates. This fall, Brielle will attend Hofstra University where she will major in Drama with a minor in Communications.

Brielle, we are so glad you found your way to Simone and became part of our dance family a few years ago. 💜 It has been such an honor to be part of your dance journey and we cannot wait to see all you accomplish in your next chapter!

Yesterday wrapped up an unforgettable season with our talented dancers who gave it their all each and every performance. Loads of awards and placements, but what means most is the love and dedication they showed all year long. Congrats to our graduating seniors, Molly and Brielle, on beautiful final competition stage performances! We love you!
