I received multiple messages last night from upset students who missed sign-ups. So, I’ve got a second chance for those who missed the initial sign-up. The portal is now open for a few more hours, so don’t miss this opportunity. Please register ASAP to secure your spot at tonight’s tryouts, which will take place from 6-8 pm in the field house. If you weren’t at yesterday’s session, catch up with an athlete who was there and learn the material. All you need is to be registered, so click the link and get ready. We have some new faces on our pages, so I wanted to introduce myself! 🤗

I’m Amanda Hendershot—mom of four, dog mom to three, and married to my husband Austin, who is the varsity offensive coordinator at North Vermillion. We’re a big football family, and sports are a huge part of our lives.

Even though it’s been well over a decade, I went to North Montgomery High School and cheered varsity, so dance and cheer have always been a huge part of my life. In my ample amount of free time, I manage two dental offices, run a cake pop business, and serve on the PTO at Sugar Creek. You will also find us every day of the week at rec/all-star baseball, football, basketball, dance, and gymnastics with our children.

This will be my third season coaching, but my first season officially stepping in as head coach. I’m beyond excited for this new chapter and can’t wait to keep building and growing this program. 💙🧡

As I sit here and prepare for tryouts for this next season, I want to say a huge thank you to Coach Cary and Coach Tristan for everything they have done for this program. They have built something special and made such a big impact. The time, energy, and heart they put into this program does not go unrecognized. They will definitely be missed, but what they built will keep going.
