Well folks, thats a wrap. What a great season of racing. Factory Hondas Jett Lawrence won the points chase to earn the championship in the 250 class at the last race of the season with a come-from-behind 5th overall at Hangtown. Justin Cooper did all he could with 1-1-1st overall but it just wasn't enough.

This picture says alot! 1. Rookie Dylan Ferrandis clinched the 450 championship with one round to go. 2. Veteran Eli Tomac went 2-1 to take the overall yesterday at Fox raceway Pala, CA. 3. It is widely reported that these two will be teammates for Star racing next year as Tomac has decided to do something different. 4. When Eli goes into beast mode, there's nothing you can do about it.

Class act Jett Lawrence gave his 250 class winning purse money from Indys Ironman National motocross to the Racers 4 Waverly foundation, which was established in order to help those in Tennessee impacted by the severe weather and flash flooding that took place earlier this week.
