Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 4 sets x 12 reps
Lateral Raises: 4 sets x 15 reps
Front Raises: 4 sets x 12 reps
Arnold Press: 3 sets x 10 reps
Upright Rows: 3 sets x 12 reps
- Biceps:

Barbell Curl: 4 sets x 12 reps
Hammer Curls: 4 sets x 12 reps
Incline Dumbbell Curls: 3 sets x 10 reps
Concentration Curls: 3 sets x 12 reps each arm
Cable Rope Hammer Curls: 3 sets x 15 reps

It might take weeks or months before you see growth and that’s ok. Staying positive and moving forward even when you don’t see change is that best thing to do.

Chest and Tricep Day
-Navigating body dysmorphia in the gym adds an extra layer of complexity to the fitness journey. Sometimes, I find myself hyper-focused on perceived flaws, creating a mental battleground in a space that should be about personal growth. It's a struggle to break free from societal standards, but I'm learning to shift my mindset. Instead of fixating on a perfect physique, I'm embracing the idea of holistic health and self-acceptance. Celebrating the small victories, both physically and mentally, has become my compass in this journey, paving the way for a more genuine and sustainable relationship with my body.

Leg Day

Reflecting on the journey to growing these legs, I can't help but smile at how far I've come. 💪🦵 It wasn't an overnight success – it was months of dedication, sweat, and sometimes, yes, frustration.

I vividly recall those early days at the gym when lifting weights felt like lifting mountains. There were moments when progress seemed like a distant dream, and the mirror didn't always reflect the effort I was putting in. But here's the thing: I refused to let those moments define me.

Through every ache, every burn, and every challenge, I found a new level of strength within myself. Those sore muscles became a badge of honor, a reminder that I was pushing beyond my limits. There were days when it felt like I was taking one step forward and two steps back, but I never lost sight of my goal.

The best part of this journey? The growth wasn't just physical; it was mental too. With each rep, I was cultivating resilience, determination, and an unshakable belief in myself. The gym became my sanctuary, my battlefield, where I fought my doubts and emerged stronger every single time.

So if you're on a similar path, remember this: It's okay to have tough days. It's okay to feel like progress is slow. What matters is that you keep going. Embrace the sweat, relish the struggle, and celebrate even the tiniest victories. Because trust me, the journey is worth it.
