Systema Rhode Island The System - the home to the only Slavic Martial Arts in New England. The System is a Self Defense Program based on the Russian Martial Art called Systema.

What makes the The System different than all other Self Defense programs is in teaching you to learn how to control your biggest opponent, which is yourself!
