We also provide facilities that include nutritional products and trainers to make your fitness and health dreams become a reality. Strength and Fitness also includes a “Cardio Café” that focuses on the health conscious pers

on, the “Worth the Weight” vitamin/supplement clothing shop for member’s supplement and workout needs, and “Mini Muscles’” which is a state-of-the-art daycare center to provide excellent care for members’ children. In addition to this, we offer a wide variety of fitness classes that include athletic and martial arts programs for today’s youths, and a private dance, music, singing and acting studio that offers many family-focused activities that cater to anyone from preschoolers to professional. At Strength and Fitness Club, you'll find locker rooms with shower stalls that include complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! After a hard workout you can relax in our clean, high powered tanning beds with face tanners.
