CHS Girls Golf Team

It was a great season for CHS Girls Golf. The girls played 16 matches this year, including tournaments, and improved our record, coming in 10th in State Sectionals. All of the girls improved so much! Megan Wukovits was named to Second Team All-Conference and an Honorable Mention went to Addison Rivera! Congratulations girls! Next season will be even better!

When we learned that the new Cranford High School girls golf team didn't have enough budget for team bags, we asked how we could help. And when Greg Wofsy, owner of the Cranford Golf Studio, heard, he stepped up to fund the rest. Good luck to the CHS Girls Golf Team as they kick off their second-ever season this week with their new Cougar bags!

We had a fun night celebrating the inaugural CHS Girls Golf Team! Congratulations to the girls on earning their varsity letters! Thank you to Coach Hurley and Coach Walsh for all you did for this team! Thank you to our families for supporting the girls trying a sport for the first time! And, most importantly, thank you to these amazing girls for coming out and being a part of this team! We’re so proud of all these girls have accomplished in only one season and we’re excited to see what the future brings for CHS Girla Golf! ⛳️💙💛💙💛⛳️

Even with some…unusual…lies our CHS lady golfers had another first place finisher and a third place finisher in our tie against Millburn! Fantastic job girls! Coach Hurley is obviously impressed! 💙💛
