Our team runs on more than just talent and teamwork—it runs on support from our amazing community! 💙

From ropes and skis to costumes and all the equipment it takes to put on a great show, every piece plays a part in making the magic happen on the water.

Do you love the water, the spotlight, or being part of something amazing behind the scenes? The Crandon Water Shows is looking for YOU!

We're not just looking for water skiers (though we’d love those too!) — there’s a place for everyone on our team! We need:

🎤 Announcers
🎶 Music coordinators
👗 Costume creators
🚤 Boat drivers
🎭 Staging crew
… and so much more!

Whether you're a performer, a tech wizard, or just love helping out, there’s a role waiting for you.

🧍‍♀️👟 Land practices are a great way to get involved — and they’re open to anyone interested! Come see what we’re all about, meet the team, and find the perfect fit for you.
