South Fork Run Club

It's Thursday! 🏃🏼‍♀️ Meet up at Confluence South Fork by 6:15 pm for a group run. Choose a route, run at your own pace, then hang out to enjoy good company, beverages and trivia (not required). Everyone is welcome - new runners encouraged! See you tonight!

Bessemer City Church of God, 703 Gastonia Hwy, Bessemer City. The run will be Saturday, Sept 19th at 8:30. This is a USA T&F sanctioned event. We will begin with an elite wave right at 8:30 and 8:35 will be all other walkers, joggers, and runners. We encourage all skill levels to join us. Cost is $15 for ages 18 and under, and $25 for adults. We will have a 1 mile Fun Run as well. The Health Fair/Fresh Market will be 9:30-2:00 pm. We will have fresh produce, local vendors and businesses, massage and stretch therapy sessions, health tips, gardening tips, and kids activities. We will also feature prize bingo for all ages and family dodgeball!
