Huge Congrats to my longtime friend George. He teamed up with his clients in the North 29er to shoot 30 today. He guided for me 20 yrs ago now he has his own business. Well done George & Robbie.

HUNTS AVAILABLE THIS WEEK

We are going to keep Goliath and the North 29er spreads set up this week since it’s the hunting has been steady and the dields are a bit sticky. The North 29er has been a little better but never count Goliath out. $300 per hunter / per day or $1200 per dat for an exclusive field for up to 6 hunter. All hunts are semiguided

730k is a nice round number. We have seen some new bird behavior. They have been standing alone side the road and not afraid of cars. Some did make the mistake of coming over the house. The Wichita boys brought a few down. Hope the storms stay away the next couple of days.

Tundra saving is going well. Spoonville, Goliath and North 29er all shooting well. New birds coming in and weather coming all helped out. They seemed to be a little slow to get up north tonight.

2026 Missouri Spring Conservation Season opens Saturday February 7. This forecast indicates that a migration alert system be activated. This skirs will need to be closely monitored. Even though the refuge is frozen there will be standing water on it along with the ponds and the Missouri River. If birds being to migrate into Squaw Creek Refuge and the Mound City area you will be updated immediately.
