Thank you to EVERYONE who has joined me for classes this yoga season! I’ve loved working with you and learning from you. As the weather gets colder, it’s time to move inside and reflect on where the path is taking us. I’ll be available for private sessions starting in January through April. Until then, I’ll try to post some flows here by some great instructors that you can enjoy.
