COURSE NEWS

The latest batch of bent grass seed that has been planted two weeks ago on the greens is just beginning to sprout. I have purchased more bent grass seed and we will continue to mow/verticut/seed/fertilize until it has filled in. The seed needs to be left alone as much as possible. The height of cut is higher than we normally mow the greens. The greens have been, and will continue to be mowed 3 days a week. (T,TH,S)

A group of guys went to Kearney and purchased some sod for the bridge on 3. The rest of it was given to us and we just had to go get it from someone in town that was redoing their lawn.

There are a few spots on 14 that will be reseeded again but that fairway has really improved from where it was last fall. Certain areas in the rough where there are bare spots will also be seeded as time allows.

Good morning everyone. We have decided to close the course today due to the weather. We are still planning on varsity boys golf tomorrow Monday May 11th.

1) Today at 2pm our JV invite will be starting. The front 9 will be
closed but you can come golf the back.
