Bushido Evolution Bushido Evolution is a karate school. The trainer Rick Parton has extensive knowledge and experience in the arts of Judo, Combat Ju Jitsu and Kenpo Karate

We have classes on Tuesday and Thursday at The Cowen Municipal Building and on Wednesday and Friday at the Webster Fitness Center

Today was Picture Day for the Cowen school. The kids were AMAZING. I have seen the pictures and they are AWESOME. Tomorrow Mark Romano will be at the Webster school to work his photographic magic with the kids. Jimmy Utt also attended and took a few pics as well. Thank you parents for giving me the opportunity to share my dream with your kids.

Today I was giving a demonstration at Camp Cesar for Health Camp. After the class I was invited to eat lunch with the campers and answer questions. When little Kenzie ran up to say "Hi". You should have seen her face light up when I informed her that she passed her test Friday and is now an ORANGE BELT. If I had a Twitter account this is where I would . But I don't so I will just say that it was the HIghlight of my day.
