Yes Jack !! !! I'm not sympathetic but I am empathetic and I also give out a plan to follow but it doesn't always fit the clients but it's what I see that's best for them ..

It’s tough it takes a lot workouts with lots of Intensity and most of these have been outside in the Summer Heat which I love 🔥
a lot of prepping cooking and packing food and using it for Growth and Recovery .. pushing through and killing the excuses of the voice inside my head .. I put the Focus back on me and then back on my Clients let’s go 💪
