It’s tough it takes a lot workouts with lots of Intensity and most of these have been outside in the Summer Heat which I love 🔥
a lot of prepping cooking and packing food and using it for Growth and Recovery .. pushing through and killing the excuses of the voice inside my head .. I put the Focus back on me and then back on my Clients let’s go 💪

Hate me or love me I dont care I’ll get over it !!

We need a drastic change or we going to be living under a whole other set of rules or your (children) and I’m not a good follower of rules.
