Need a little motivation this Monday? Look no further than Michelle Terry! She is living proof that your success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day-in and day-out. Michelle has been a constant fixture here in the morning since she joined Alcovy Fitness & Wellness last October. So far, she’s lost over 70 pounds in her fitness journey. According to her, her kids are her biggest motivation. She wants to be around for a long time to bug them just like they bug her. We are so proud of you Michelle! Keep up the great work! Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 3rd for our Outdoor Fitness Dash benefitting Susan G. Koman. There’s a $10 entry fee for all participants, members and non-members. For an extra $5, you can get a special event t-shirt!

There will be a category for men and women participants. Registration starts at 9AM, and the event begins at 10AM. There will be a mandatory participant meeting at 9:45AM! You must be over 14-years-old to participate. Individuals under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a release of liability waiver. Prizes will be awarded to the winners in each category. We look forward to everyone joining us as we dash with a purpose!
