Your swimmer worked hard to learn new skills this summer. Continuing with weekly lessons gives them more opportunities to practice, strengthen those skills and keep building confidence in the water.

Water safety isn’t seasonal, and neither is progress. Keep swimming. Keep progressing. Year-round. 💦

What if my child cries or feels afraid during swim lessons? It’s completely normal. 💙

New surroundings, separation anxiety and fear of the water can all bring up big feelings, especially during those first few lessons. Our instructors are trained to meet swimmers where they are and help them build comfort and confidence at their own pace.

With patience, consistency and encouragement, those first-day nerves can turn into meaningful water safety progress. 💦

Weekly lessons give swimmers more opportunities to practice, build on what they’ve learned and become more comfortable and confident in the water. Continued practice also helps keep important water safety skills fresh, because water is part of life in every season. 💦

We’re moving our Auburn location! Starting this fall, our Auburn classes will take place at LA Fitness Auburn instead of the Comfort Inn.

Here are the key details:
📍 New Auburn Location: LA Fitness Auburn
🗓 First Day of Classes: Sunday, October 4th
💙 Covington Location: No changes at all! Covington classes will remain at the same location and schedule.
