Our Elite Dance owners and teachers recently had the opportunity to attend the Dance Educators Collective, a professional learning experience designed specifically for dance educators and studio professionals. 💙

Each of them came ready to learn, grow, share knowledge, and bring new ideas back to our Elite family!

🩰 Ms. Elaina & Ms. Ellie — learning as both a dancers AND teachers, taking class, taking notes, and continuing to grow so they can bring even more to their students.

💻 Mr. Mike — sharing and learning about the administrative and technology side of the studio, helping us continue to improve the behind-the-scenes experience for our dance families and faculty.

🏆 Mrs. Eileen as a Council Member— sharing her experience as a studio owner and competitive team director while learning alongside other industry professionals.

Their time at the Collective is an investment in our dancers, our families, and our faculty. 🤍

Because the best educators never stop being students themselves. We are so proud of a team that continues to learn, evolve, and bring that knowledge home to Elite Dance! ✨
