Covington Parks and Recreation The Covington Aquatic Center is located at 18230 SE 240th St, Covington WA 98042, next to Maple View Middle School. Water temperature is kept at 85ºF.

The Covington Parks and Recreation Department offers a variety of programming including youth athletics, recreation classes for all ages, and an indoor swimming pool. Click here to view location on a map

The pool is six lanes wide and 100’ long with depths ranging from 3 feet to 12 feet. The pool has two sections separated by a moveable bulkhead. Typically, the pool is configured with six lanes o

f 25 yards in the deep end of the pool and a small open section in the shallow end. Pool amenities include the following: 1-meter diving board, aquatic lift entry, and spectator area. A party room is available for rental with an approximate capacity of 40 people. Amenities include refrigerator/freezer, microwave, tables, and chairs. Pool Closure Policy - During inclement weather, the Aquatic Center may close due to road conditions or other hazards. If the Aquatic Center is closed, it will be posted on the top of this webpage and recorded on the Aquatic Center phone system, 253-480-2480.

Kentwood Track Camp is Back!

Calling all young runners, jumpers & future champions! Did your kid just wrap up track season and crush it at the district-wide meet! Looking for a fun, active way to keep your kids moving this summer? Whether your child just competed OR is curious to try track for the very first time, Kentwood Track Camp is the place to be this summer. Kids will make friends, learn the fundamentals and discover how fun track & field really is!

Get the best of both worlds with our Dash & Splash program! Join our local lifeguards in fun outdoor activities and learn to play various games both on land and in the water. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12pm to 2pm camp counselors will guide the crew to the Covington Community Park to play games then return to the pool for more fun!
